Thanks to good demand, building in the following block has begun and the new area will receive two houses during autumn. In addition to the popular Swan, Porto West will also receive its first Common Crane – the latest house model from Architect Kim Eklund launched  earlier this year. The Common Crane is the largest of four house models with its 113 square meters in one story and an extra bedroom thanks to the longer house structure. Unlike the Swan-house, this model does not feature a loft but the high ceiling remains. Block 11 can accommodate 8 villas in total.

 

Block 12 will also receive a new house during the autumn – a Tern is currently being built and will be ready in December 2021.
