Traditional meets contemporary in the bright small villas designed by architect Kim Eklund. We have taken the surrounding nature into account while the floor plans still enable comfortable and modern living. The villas pay tribute to archipelago building traditions and blend seamlessly with the surroundings. The view of the sea cand be admired from the large terraces and the large windows.
The choice of materials has been inspired by the archipelago nature: the forest, rugged rocks, and stones. The exterior cladding harmonizes with the surrounding nature. In the technical solutions and material choices we have taken nature into account both in regards to sustainability and aesthetics. The houses are equipped with an exhaust air heat pump and hydronic radiant floor heating. More heat and cozyness can be created with a Jøtul-fireplace. The yard lets you fulfill your own wishes, whether you dream of a hot tub overlooking the sea or your own potager garden. In the building phase you are able to influence the choice of materials.
Choose between our three different house models – The Swan, The Sea Gull and The Tern – in traditional red or graphite grey to find a home that suits your needs. There are also vacant plots for sale in the area.
At Porto West, you have direct ownership with title deeds also for the turnkey villas. Have a look at the different models and building specifications below.
Porto West also offers large plots for detached houses and year-round living. The plots allow for one residential building with the maximum floor space of 300 square meters and two outbuildings with the maximum combined floor space of 80 square meters. The plots measure around 2000-3000 square meters.
